We specialize in making sense of complex data and helping organizations understand what’s working, what’s not, and why. Our team brings strong skills in both numbers and storytelling—combining data analysis with interviews, surveys, and real-world insights. We have deep experience working with education and policy-focused organizations, especially those aiming to improve outcomes for students and communities.

Hi, I’m Andrea, the founder of Agile Analytics. After earning my Ph.D. at the University of Texas (Hook ’Em!), I chose a path outside of academia—one that led me to my true passion: using data to help mission-driven organizations understand their impact and make maeaningful change.

I started Agile Analytics to bring rigorous, thoughtful research to nonprofits and public-sector partners. Our work goes beyond numbers—we dig deep, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and translate data into clear, actionable insights.

It’s a privilege to work alongside clients who care deeply about their communities and a team that brings curiosity, heart, and skill to every project, and we work with the very best.

We’re based in Austin, Texas, and proudly work with clients across the U.S. and worldwide, though Central Texas nonprofits will always have a special place in our hearts.

We don't:

Believe that the story of your program can be boiled down only to 'success' metrics (like the percentage of students who meet standardized test achievement thresholds). There is much more going on - the relationships built, the barriers overcome, the growth in confidence, and the systems that quietly shift to support long-term change. We help you capture the full picture.
Work with organizations that are doing evaluations only for compliance reasons. If your organization doesn't want to dig in and find areas to improve, we're not the organization for you.
